We ran the public-claims portion of the $500 audit on Machine & Proof itself. This page publishes the claim set, checked surfaces, classifications, discoverability checks, limitations, and ranked corrections.
Internal dry run. Worked example. Not a client result or evidence of marketing performance.
Machine & Proof is the subject and publisher. This demonstrates format, method, claim discipline, and standard of proof. It does not demonstrate independent selection, commercial demand, rankings, traffic, leads, jobs booked, sales, or implementation. Zero paid work and one internal dry run were recorded as of the date above.
RULES FIXED BEFORE THE RESULT
What counted, what could fail, and who checked it.
Sampling rule
We reviewed the buyer-decision claims on the homepage, scope-request page, terms, and privacy notice. The ten-claim set covers product identity, price, scope, delivery, billing, guarantee, AI and human roles, commercial history, and data boundaries. Brand tone, visual preference, contact details, and general legal boilerplate were excluded.
Failure rule
A material contradiction exists when two checked statements cannot both be true for the same buyer, time, and context. For example, “payment is required before work” and “the invoice is issued only after qualifying delivery” would fail this test. Compatible wording with different precision is a clarification. A claim found in only one checked place is single-surface.
Attestation
AI selected the candidate claims, traced sources, and drafted the classifications. A human compared the final ledger with the live pages and authorized publication. The same operator controls the audited pages, so this is a method sample, not an independent assurance engagement.
WHAT THE BUYER RECEIVES
A claim ledger, not a score invented for the sales page.
A consistent finding is a result. A wording variation is not promoted to a conflict. A claim stated in one place is marked single-surface rather than treated as corroborated.
Ten material claims traced to the public surfaces that carry them
Up to five conflicts or unresolved ambiguities, never a quota
Core discoverability checks and ranked corrections
A complete ledger that lets the buyer re-run the comparison
THE EVIDENCE LEDGER
Ten claims. Every status shown.
Capture set: homepage, scope-request page, terms, and privacy notice. Robots, sitemap, canonicals, social metadata, and structured-data presence were checked separately. This worked example is the output and was not part of its own capture set.

Status
Buyer meaning
C1Machine & Proof sells one product: the Public Evidence Audit.
The public pages agree on a public-source-only data boundary.
“Up to five” is a maximum. This self-audit found no material contradiction in the ten-claim set. It found three clarification or maintenance priorities and did not manufacture a conflict.
QA correction before release: the scope-request page was removed from C5 because it does not state the five-day delivery promise. C5 remains supported by the homepage and terms, and its classification did not change.
DISCOVERABILITY SNAPSHOT
The machine-readable layer is included.
Pass
Indexation
The public site permits indexing and keeps administrative routes out of the sitemap.
Pass
Canonical URLs
The root and named public routes declare their intended canonical paths.
Update included
Sitemap
This release adds the worked example to the public sitemap.
Pass
Social metadata
The root carries a branded social preview; this detail page uses route-specific text metadata.
Not present
Structured data
No JSON-LD block was found on the checked public source. Absence alone is not classified as a defect.
These are fetch and page-configuration checks. They do not show that a search engine has crawled, indexed, ranked, trusted, or sent traffic to any page. Structured data was not present; that is an observation, not a defect by itself.
RANKED CORRECTIONS
What we would fix first.
Ranked by buyer visibility, decision impact, and the cost of correction.
01High clarity
Repeat the two scope counts in the public terms
Evidence: C3 and C4 appear in the offer but not as explicit counts in the public terms.
Correction: Add the ten-claim count and up-to-five ceiling to the terms or make the signed scope visibly available before ordering.
02Medium clarity
Keep the delivery clock next to the five-day promise
Evidence: The homepage summarizes five business days; the terms define the precise acceptance anchor and deadline.
Correction: Link the summary promise directly to the timing section of the terms and avoid introducing another paraphrase.
03Operational
Maintain one source for the public commercial-history numbers
Evidence: C9 is a dated value that becomes stale on the first paid audit or external delivery.
Correction: Render the homepage and this example from the same ledger constant, and update it only from verified operating evidence.
METHOD AND LIMITS
Trust the evidence, then test the method.
Fix the claim set and public surfaces before classifying anything.
Capture each material claim as stated, without rewriting it into agreement.
Classify consistency, clarification, conflict, or single-surface support.
Retain evidence for every reported finding and rank corrections.
Have a human authorize external delivery without hiding the AI-produced work.
COMMERCIAL HISTORY / AS OF August 28, 2026
No borrowed credibility.
This example exists because we have a format to show and no customer result to show. The counts below match the dated figures currently published on the homepage.

BUYER QUESTIONS
The objections this page cannot hide.
You audited yourself. Why should that count?
It counts as proof of format and standard, not proof of performance or independence. That limit is part of the published result.
What if you find nothing wrong?
You still receive the dated ledger showing what is supported, where it appears, and which claims remain single-surface. We do not invent findings to fill a quota.
Why trust AI-produced work?
Do not trust the author alone. Check the retained evidence behind each reported finding. One confirmed unsupported finding triggers the full guarantee remedy under the terms.
What happens if I challenge a finding?
The terms provide a documented fresh review and access to the relevant evidence record, subject to lawful redaction and third-party rights.
THE SAME FORMAT, YOUR PUBLIC SURFACES
Now you know what the $500 buys.
No advance charge. No account credentials. No customer records. Qualifying delivery is the complete report by the deadline with every reported finding supported by retained evidence.
